I would highly recommend NeonClean as a company. They are 100% reliable, they always let me know in advance when they are going to be coming and they do a great job. The payment method is super easy too.

We have been a customer of Mark's for many years and have always been pleased with his work, he is always polite and courteous. He communicates well and always tells us when he is coming or if he needs to change plans. Making payment online removes the need for cash or cheque and we don't need to be in when the windows are being cleaned.

NeonClean was recommended by a friend and I'm so pleased they were! We have a quarterly service, I get a polite email reminder from Mark for when his next visit will be. He is always prompt, polite and professional. Easy bank transfers for payments and therefore no hassle. Thank you for keeping our windows and sills clean!

I have been having my windows cleaned by NeonClean for a few years now and have had no reason to ever raise any criticism of Mark's work. He lets me know when he will clean my windows, does an effective job and is, for me, the right price. What more can I ask? Nothing is too much trouble.

When Mark knocked at the door some years ago we were in need of a window cleaner and since then he has been regular, efficient and always gives notice of coming, never letting us down. Good clean windows too!
