What our customers say
You're always prompt, reliable, considerate and friendly. Most importantly, I'm proud to have sparkling clean windows all year round!
Laura · Horsell
Mark has been cleaning our windows for the last 7 years. Reasonably priced and always reliable.
Elizabeth · Woking
I would highly recommend NeonClean as a company. They are 100% reliable, they always let me know in advance when they are going to be coming and they do a great job. The payment method is super easy too.
Louise · Woking
We have been a customer of Mark's for many years and have always been pleased with his work, he is always polite and courteous. He communicates well and always tells us when he is coming or if he needs to change plans. Making payment online removes the need for cash or cheque and we don't need to be in when the windows are being cleaned.
Simon · Epsom
Mark and Joe, thank you for doing such a great job cleaning my windows, always professional, reliable and cheerful.
Esther · Woking
I have used NeonClean for a few years now and cannot recommend them highly enough. Mark and, latterly, Joe are personable, pleasant and professional and the window cleaning system works very efficiently. I can honestly say I have never been let down by NeonClean.
Denise · Woking
NeonClean was recommended by a friend and I'm so pleased they were! We have a quarterly service, I get a polite email reminder from Mark for when his next visit will be. He is always prompt, polite and professional. Easy bank transfers for payments and therefore no hassle. Thank you for keeping our windows and sills clean!
Peter · Woking
Mark at NeonClean has cleaned my windows for some years now. He is reliable and has high standards which include sending a reminder email when the next clean is due. His service is excellent.
Margaret · Woking
I have been having my windows cleaned by NeonClean for a few years now and have had no reason to ever raise any criticism of Mark's work. He lets me know when he will clean my windows, does an effective job and is, for me, the right price. What more can I ask? Nothing is too much trouble.
Ian · Woking
When Mark knocked at the door some years ago we were in need of a window cleaner and since then he has been regular, efficient and always gives notice of coming, never letting us down. Good clean windows too!
Richard · Woking
NeonClean provide a reliable and friendly window cleaning service. I like the fact that I am always contacted through email so that I know when they are cleaning my windows and I can pay them online with no fuss or stress. All email or correspondence are always dealt with quickly and efficiently. I have recommended Mark and his services to many of my friends and neighbours without hesitation.
